Welcome to Testpapers, a digital learning platform providing interactive quizzes and flashcards for grades 10-12 students in South Africa. Our content is available in English and Afrikaans and adheres to the CAPS curriculum. This document outlines the Terms & Conditions governing your use of our services and platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Testpapers website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

3. User Accounts
a. To access Testpapers, you must create an account providing your name, email address, and physical address.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
c. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and access to our services.

4. Subscriptions
a. Subscriptions to Testpapers allow full access to either interactive quizzes or both interactive quizzes and flashcards. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable.
b. There are no trials offered, and payment is required to start using the service.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Testpapers for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use Testpapers in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Testpapers website, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Testpapers.

6. Intellectual Property
The materials on Testpapers' website are provided and are the property of Testpapers or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content found on the site, without written consent.

7. Disclaimer
The materials on Testpapers' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Testpapers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Testpapers is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors, nor for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided through our platform.
